High performance molecular sieve desiccant
The molecular sieve desiccant is a synthetic desiccant with strong ability of absorbing water molecules. The pore size of the molecular sieve can be controlled by different processing techniques. In addition to absorbing moisture, it can also absorb other gases. The water molecules can be catch closely, under the condition of the high temperature , above 230 ℃.
Molecular sieves: molecular sieves are crystalline aluminosilicate compounds with certain pore size and extremely high specific surface area. They can be classified into 3A, 4A, 5A and 13A according to the crystal structure.
Molecular sieve features:
1. The chemical stability, can stay with 600-700 ℃ high temperature for a short time, the regeneration temperature below to 400 ℃. Molecular sieve can be applied in medium with PH value of 5-10. Some metal cation can be exchanged in a salt solution.
2.Molecular sieve's adsorption and desorption of water, gas and liquid compounds, is reversible.
3. The adsorption of molecular sieve desiccant is higher than that of silica gel and activated alumina, at low partial pressure or low concentration.
4. At higher temperatures, the molecular sieve can still absorb vital amounts of water.
5. Reversible ion exchange. Through this exchange, the adsorption and catalytic properties of molecular sieves are improved, and due to this, it can be used in softening water and wastewater treatment.
Range of application
It is widely used in dehydration of various liquids, paints, fuels and coatings, drying and desulphurization of liquefied petroleum gas and liquid hydrocarbon, drying of air, natural gas, ethyl hydrocarbon, propylene and acetylene, etc. It is also used for moisture-proofing of high-end products such as bio-pharmaceuticals and semiconductors。

2. The product has stable chemical property, wear resistance and strong mechanical strength.
3. The hygroscopic property of this product is less affected by environmental humidity. Under the ultra-low temperature humidity (RH= less than 5%), it can still absorb a lot of water and gas, and has strong ability of humidity control .
4. Renewable utilization, and the number of renewable utilization can be up to many times.
